    • Announcements:   Due to the state government's decisions regarding the coronarvirus,  The Yoga Studio and the Zen Center are closed.     As always, we will be happy to extend all student's flex passes so that no one looses classes on their card during this difficult time.  We look forward to reopening as soon it is safe to do so.  Until then, I hold each of you in my thoughts and prayers for a life that, even in these unprecedented times, is peaceful, healthy, happy and secure.  
    • Saturday 9:30 a.m. classes begin January 4th.  (Saturday classes only in February/March.)
    • Tuesday evening classes at 6:00 p.m. will begin in the Spring (late March/early April)!  Please check the class calendar.
    • We are offering a new Flex Pass: 8 classes/5 months to replace the unlimited pass ($115).  This new Flex Pass gives you 5 months or about 150 days to join us for 8 classes (1 class every 2-3 weeks).

      •  Classes are on-going. You may join at anytime.  Drop-ins are welcome!  You can pay on-line or pay by cash/check at the studio.  Drop-in Fee: $16
      • All classes are open to Flex Pass students.

    • FALL PROGRAM  2019  (classes begin Saturday, September 7th)
    • Tuesday Evening, All Level Yoga (moderate), 6:00 - 7:15 pm    Upbeat, joyful yoga with Kathy.  Emphasis on posture alignment skills & Improving balance and stamina.  On-going class.

    • Saturday Morning, All Level Yoga (moderate), 9:30 - 10:45 am    Moderately paced class that will bring you to your calm center, with Kathy/Dave.  This popular class is a blend of posture/alignment practice, flow yoga, & mindfulness practices (pranayama: breath exercises, Yin Yoga: longer posture holds, etc.).  On-going class.
