We teach a mindfulness-based, transformational Yoga, emphasizing individual growth & wellness of body, mind & soul.

Covid-19 Safety Protocol...to keep everyone healthy!

  • Regardless of your vaccination status, we ask that you please wear a mask entering the building and until you are fully set up with your mat.

  • Please bring your own mat and supplies and place your mat at least 6 feet from the next student (we have a large room and we will be there to help!)

  • Please put your mask back on at the end of class to exit the building.

  • If you have recently attended an event/large gathering where there were children or other unvaccinated people, please do not come to yoga class until you are sure you are Covid-19 negative. Unfortunately, many people are still becoming ill after events like weddings, so we are not completely post-Covid. To keep everyone healthy and safe, we ask that you be mindful in this regard.


How to Join Us

      • Classes are on-going. You may join at anytime. Drop-ins are welcome! You can pay on-line or pay by cash/check at the studio. Drop-in Fee: $16

      • Thursday Afternoon Yoga, All Level (gentle/moderate), 3:45-5:00 pm

      • Saturday Morning Yoga, All Level (gentle/moderate), 9:30 - 10:45 am (starts 10/23)
