      • Please note that over the July 4th holiday there will be no yoga classes on Monday, July 2, Tuesday, July 3, and Thursday, July 5.  All Saturday morning classes will run as scheduled!


      • How to Join Us

      • New Student Special (May, 2018):  4 Classes/4 Weeks/$40 - (Note: please pay by cash or check at your first class to receive this special discount).
      • Classes are on-going and you may join at anytime.  All classes (unless noted otherwise on the calendar) are open to drop-ins.  You can pay on-line or pay by cash/check at the studio.  Drop-in Fee: $16
      • All classes are open to Flex Pass students.

      •  Buy a Flex Pass or pay on-line for a drop-in class:  click on the "Flex Pass" page.

      • Looking for private lessons?  Please email or call us to discuss your needs.
      • Gift Certificates:  All programs we offer may be purchased any time on-line as a gift certificate.  Please go to the "Flex Pass" or the "Workshops/Series Classes" page and scroll to the bottom to make your purchase. 


      • Tuesday Evening, All Level Yoga, 6:00 - 7:15 pm  (on-going)  Upbeat, joyful yoga with Mary!

      • Saturday Morning, All Level Yoga, 9:30 - 10:45 am  (on-going)  Moderately paced class that will bring you to your calm center with Kathy.

      • Gentle/Beginning Yoga - Mondays, 6:15-7:15 p.m.(starts March 12)  A slow flow, with introduction to the best alignment practices for specific postures each week, with Kathy.

      • Flow Yoga (level 2) - Thursdays, 6:30- 7:45 p.m. (starts March 15) A bit more challenging than our All Level class; in this class you will learn a flowing sequence of Yoga postures to stimulate and nourish all systems in the body and prepare you for a deep release of tension and a quieting of the mind at the end of class with Ashley.
