      • New Student Special (January-April, 2018):  4 Classes/4 Weeks/$40 - (Note: please pay by cash or check at your first class to receive this special discount).
      • Classes are on-going and you may join at anytime.  All classes (unless noted otherwise on the calendar) are open to drop-ins.  You can pay on-line or pay by cash/check at the studio.  Drop-in Fee: $16
      • All classes are open to Flex Pass students.
      •  Check the class calendar to see what classes are running this week!
      •  Buy a Flex Pass or pay on-line for a drop-in class:  click on the "Flex Pass" page.

      • Register/pay for a 6-8 week Series Class (or pay for Restorative Yoga): click on "Workshops/Series Classes".
      • Looking for private lessons?  Please email or call us to discuss your needs.
      • Gift Certificates:  All programs we offer may be purchased any time on-line as a gift certificate.  Please go to the "Flex Pass" or the "Workshops/Series Classes" page and scroll to the bottom to make your purchase. 


      • WINTER PROGRAM (classes start Tuesday, January 2)

      • Tuesday Evening, All Level Yoga, 6:00 - 7:15 pm  (on-going)

      • Saturday Morning, All Level Yoga, 9:30 - 10:45 am  (on-going)


      • Gentle/Beginning Yoga - Mondays, 6:15-7:15 p.m.(starts March 12)

      • Flow Yoga (level 2) - Thursdays, 6:30- 7:45 p.m. (starts March 15)

      • Flow Yoga is a bit more challenging than our All Level class; in this class you will learn a flowing sequence of Yoga postures to stimulate and nourish all systems in the body and prepare you for a deep release of tension and quieting of the mind in a Restorative Yoga pose at the end of class.   Best for students who already have good alignment practices.
