Regardless of your vaccination status, we ask that you please wear a mask entering the building and until you are fully set up with your mat.
Please bring your own mat and supplies and place your mat at least 6 feet from the next student (we have a large room and we will be there to help!)
Please put your mask back on at the end of class to exit the building.
Class Description/How to Join Us
A 6-week series running from Tuesday, 9/13 through Tuesday 10/18, with one make-up session available on 10/25. This class is a slow to moderate paced hatha yoga class with an emphasis on mindful awareness and slow flowing movement. Kathy Boger is teaching the class.
The cost of the series is $80.00 and can be paid by cash or with a check on 9/13. Please reserve your space early! The class size will be limited. Email or call 401-658-4802 to reserve your space.
