2 Minutes Max Hang to Overhead
2 minutes for reps of "hang-to-overhead" with 115 pounds.
Each rep starts from the "hang" position (not the ground).
Once the bar is hanging, cannot re-touch the ground on that rep.
Can start the timer with the bar in hand.
Can drop the bar (if you want to lose).
16 = Average
20 = Badass
24 = BBA (Standard)
28+ = Insane
