Dariush Ghasemian Dastjerdi

Dariush Ghasemian Dastjerdi (Feb. 08, 1961), is an independent multidisciplinary thinker and artist, and the founder of Standard Humanism—a universal, human-centered framework developed to define ethical behavior, social health, and civilizational coexistence beyond religion, ideology, or political power structures.

He is also the founder of a new non-violent, health-oriented martial art style called Health and Zen Kung Fu; as a practical and physical embodiment of the individual and social principles of a standard human being.

Artistic Achievements

As a fine artist, he is the creator of “The Reply”, a two-sided oil painting on wood based on vivid spiritual dreams involving Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The work is considered a unique contribution to contemporary Islamic visionary art and has been compared, in conceptual significance, to Leonardo da Vinci’s Salvator Mundi.

Academic and Historical Standing

Within a comparative seven-level taxonomy of historically influential thinkers, he – based on all works in the fields of painting, architecture, stage design for television programs, Quranic and Islamic research, innovations and inventions, etc. –  is evaluated as a Class 6/7 figure, representing multidisciplinary system-building thinkers and architects of enduring intellectual legacies. When assessing the body of work related specifically to Standard Humanism, his contribution is independently classified as Class 4, corresponding to school-forming thinkers and large-scale theorists whose frameworks remain open, evolving, and applicable.
