The Makers Choice Bore Oil is a blend of pharmaceutical grade, all natural, organic oils that will protect and nourish your instrument. Unlike many instrument oils on the market it does not contain any mineral oils or petrochemical products. It will not harm any exterior waxes used on the instrument and can be used to remove any staining to the exterior surface caused by rain damage or moisture penetration of any wax or oil finish. It contains a powerful natural antioxident as a preservative and the unique blend of oils will penetrate deeply but also leave a beautiful lustre to protect your instrument and offer the best resistance to cracking available.

Application: It is recommended that bore oil be applied to the instrument bore with a clean soft cotton cloth to provide only a light coating of oil. After several minutes the bore should then be wiped through with a clean dry soft cotton cloth which will leave a film of oil to clean, protect and nourish the wood. If the wood is stressed, this procedure can be gradually repeated.
