Walks

The walk on 12 November 2023 will be led by Peter Collins

We will meet on Sunday 12 November outside the Ventnor Heritage Centre, Spring Hill and depart on the walk at 10.30am.

There is some street parking in Ventnor, some restrictions no longer valid after the end of October, also several car parks. The Pound Street, Market Street and Dudley Street car parks are cheaper than the main car park in the town.

The walk will be around Ventnor as far as the cricket pitch and Steephill Cove. (High water 10.36). It will involve steps up, steps down, steep hills up and down, but all on tarmac or concrete paths and most with handrails.

We eat at 12 midday at the Crab and Lobster Tap. They only do roast dinners on a Sunday.
