Saturday 6 December, workshop on the new RSCDS book (Book 54), Arreton Hall 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (not suitable for beginners). See poster here
Tuesday 16 December, last dancing at St George's before Christmas.
Tuesday 6 January 2026, dancing resumes at St George's after Christmas with a Ceilidh evening
Saturday 24 January, Burns Night at the New Holmwood Hotel.
Saturday 31 January, beginners and improvers workshop, Arreton Hall 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturday 14 March, workshop on new dances, Arreton Hall 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (not suitable for beginners).
Saturday 18 April, Spring Dance at Gurnard Hall with music by Ian and Judith Muir.

The Isle of Wight Weekend School, February 13 - 15 2026

This event, which is held at the Shanklin Hotel, always attracts enthusiastic dancers from the mainland and further afield. The music is provided by the outstanding Craigellachie Band, well known to Isle of Wight dancers, and classes are run by visiting top-notch teachers. Further details of the event can be found via the link below, where you can also find an application form for Island residents who wish to attend some or all of the weekend.
