ENID MARY JOHNSON was born in Dunham Massey, Cheshire in 1892 (1st qtr Altrincham). She married CHARLES HENRY FROST BAGLEY (Don) in Cheshire in 1914 (4th qtr Bucklow). Charles was born 1883 (4th qtr Stockton). He served in the First World War and is listed in the London Gazette of 20 October 1920 as being promoted to thye rank of Second Lieutenant and noted that he was a late cadet of Glenalmond College Cadet Corps.

Charles received lung damage from the mustard gas that was used during this war.

Enid contracted measles from one of her children. The vaccine for this disease was not developed until the late 1960's and although considered an everyday childhood illness, this disease resulted in the deaths of many. Enid died in Lancashire in 1934 (2nd qtr Fylde) , aged 42. Charles died in Lancashire within 6 months of his wife, on the 17th of October 1934, (4th qtr Manchester S ) as a result of lung disease caused by the mustard gas aged 51
