Financial Assistance

Complete a FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE REQUEST to qualify for one of our special programs that partially pay for spay/neuter of animals owned by families and individuals meeting certain criteria.  All financial assistance available through HELP Spay Neuter Clinic is only available to owned pets within our service area, which includes: Butts, Clayton, Coweta, Fayette, Heard, Henry, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup, and Upson counties.

We receive a variety of grants throughout the year, each with its requirements.  Some are based simply on the breed of the pet, some are based on financial information.  Some grants are even zip-code or neighborhood-specific.  We also rely on donations to assist families that wish to spay/neuter but are unable to afford those services. 

If you submit a request for financial assistance, we must be able to reach you when funds become available.  Please add our clinic number to your phone so that our call is not blocked.  

Low Income provides some of the cost of spay/neuter surgery to pets whose owner receives Disability, Food Stamps, or has low income based on the household income compared to the information provided at 2024 Poverty Guidelines.  You will be required to show proof of income or a qualifying program.  This program cannot be combined with any other financial assistance or monthly specials.

SpayGeorgia is a resource that offers certificates for spay/neuter surgery only, requiring the pet owner to pay for all vaccines and any other services requested by the owner.  This program cannot be combined with any other financial assistance or monthly specials.

Georgia SPOT Society is a resource that offers some financial assistance to spay/neuter.  If you apply and are approved, they will communicate the level of assistance provided, along with a code of approval.  This program cannot be combined with any other financial assistance or monthly specials.

Canticle of the Creatures provides some assistance to vaccinate for rabies, DHPP/FVRCP, heartworm test, combo test, deworming, or other necessary additional services for pets whose owners exhibit financial need as defined by low income.  This program cannot be combined with any other financial assistance or monthly specials.
