Welcome to the H.E.L.P. Spay/Neuter Clinic! HELP stands for Help End Local Pet-overpopulation. Our Mission... HELP Spay Neuter Clinic opened in September 2010. Since that time, we have performed more than 56,000 spay/neuter surgeries. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, funded by donations and grants, we are able to offer low cost services. Without the continued support of our community, including our rescue group allies, we would not be able to continue offering such a needed service for our community. Though we are located in Coweta County, we have a Transport Program (the Snip Ship), and together with our rescue and animal control allies, we serve families located in Butts, Clayton, Fayette, Heard, Henry, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup, and Upson Counties. We follow the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance National Spay/Neuter Response Team (NSNRT) method of surgery, safely allowing for as many as 40 surgeries daily. Though our services are Low Cost, your pet will receive nothing but the best medical care. We encourage each family to establish a relationship with a full service veterinarian to provide ongoing preventative care such as heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention and annual vaccines. We do not offer services for sick or injured pets, but rather refer those patients to full service veterinarian offices. |
