Our choices in nutrition and sports can influence our path to a healthy lifestyle. Follow these rules and you will get rid of excess pounds, you will have a toned body and you will feel better.
Basic tips:
1. Protein is an essential nutrient that can be found in all forms of life. Eat more protein than usual and you will feel full longer, have a higher metabolism, lose weight faster, increase your muscle mass (which has many other benefits) and stay healthier for much longer! Protein is necessary to build muscles which increases our metabolic rate automatically. Many people consume far more carbohydrates than they realize. Consuming too many carbs at every meal will keep us feeling hungry as well as promote fat storage instead of muscle tissue development. At every meal, you should have protein, because it participates in the qualitative development of muscle mass. The main difference between a skinny person and an overweight individual is the amount of muscle on their frame, so increasing your protein intake will help you burn off unwanted pounds faster.
2. Pay attention to the body. A body composition low in fat and high in muscle density is the most important aspect. For example, if you need to consume 2000 kcal per day to maintain your weight, everything you consume over, will be deposited. Therefore, we recommend extra protein, because we will never store fat, even if we exceed the limits and you will certainly not feel hungry.
3. Pay attention to your meal schedule. Eat food at the right times of the day, at the right times before and after training (where applicable). Consuming carbohydrates at the right time of day to be used in training is another extremely important aspect. Try to consume carbohydrates in the morning, at lunch a little less, and in the evening at all. Between meals, a snack will help your metabolism stay active.
4.Hydration. Decrease the consumption of juices and alcoholic beverages, especially on days when you do not train. We recommend combining in a glass half fresh fruit with half water. Thus, carbohydrates are less. Consume at least 2 liters of water per day.
5.Eat vegetables. Vegetables are the secret to an organism without fat. If you can, add vegetables to any meal. Some vegetables contain vegetable protein. Because they contain fiber, good carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and water, vegetables help the body function at optimal parameters and thus the metabolism will accelerate and we will burn even more of the unwanted fat.
