The GRDTA is a group of teachers and cuers who are from Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama. Our group was formed in 1986 and has flourished over the years to include up to 25 teachers and their dancing partners, all from various backgrounds. Those that came before us started something great here with the GRDTA. Please take a few moments to browse our site, get to know us and what we're all about. We have a lot of new faces within our group and we hope to carry on the legacy of Round Dancing in Georgia and our neighboring states. If you have need of a cuer for your dance, or need a series of classes taught in your area, please contact a teaching unit in your area and allow us to meet your round dancing needs. Please be sure to keep up-to-date with our area events on our Schedule Page.
The GRDTA is honored to have Pamela & Jeff Johnson with us for our 3rd Annual Spring Clinic Educational weekend. We were very fortunate to have had the Johnsons with us for the first time in November 2019 for that year's Fall Clinic. Everyone loved having them as clinicians. Since then, they have been our featured clinicians for our re-launched Spring Clinic starting in 2021 and then 2022. ....and again, this year for 2023. Please consider joining us in March for a fantastic weekend as we welcome the Johnson to Cornelia, GA.
A printable flyer can be found here. We hope you will make your plans to join us for a fun filled weekend.
As always, if you have any questions, please let us know. Also, be sure to keep up-to-date with our area events on our Schedule Page,
Hope to see you throughout 2023 !!
