This site is dedicated to developing artists such as new artist who need guidance from the beginning foundations of art, intermediate artists that have the foundations but want to further develop their skills and knowledge, or the seasoned artists in one medium but not so much in another that wants to learn about a different medium. If you don't see something here that you would like to see, find or begin a forum discussion related to your topic or leave comments letting me know what it is you would like to see. I will do my best to provide or direct you toward the resources you want. If you know of or have your own great resource(s), please share them! Add a link to your resources in a comment or create a new forum topic or add to an existing forum discussion of the same subject. If I believe the resources are a good fit for this website or there is a demand for it, I will add it to the content to the website. This is a community for artists, by artists.This site was created to build a community for artists to learn and share their information, knowledge, and support with one another. Important Notes: Different artists have different ways to do things and may have conflicting advice with another artist. Also one artist may love one medium, while another artist may detest it. You will just to have try things out for yourself and see what works best for you. Trial and error is how you grow as an artist.

*As you know artists work very hard on their art. Please familiarize yourself with copyright laws (this blog has great advice and information on many art related copyright situations, including how to protect your own art work). Fair use laws can get kind of muddy so please be sure that you are allowed to share another artist's work before posting. If I find that copyright has been infringed upon, I will remove it immediately. See Information, Ideas, & Inspiration page for more information.
