Google Building Maker Exercise

Objective / Final Product

Create a collection of simple (4 minimum) to advanced (2 minimum) accurate 3D building with appropriate faces using Google's Building Maker.

Steps

• 1. Choose a building in Toronto (or other location) using the website above

  2. Neatly print off the source pictures of the chosen building.

  3. Carefully design the wireframe for the the building using the source images of the various sides

  4. Save this file as FirstLastBuilding#.KMZ (Where "first" is your first name and "last" is your last name # is the number of the image: 1, 2, 3, 4, ....)

  5. Using a word processor or desktop publishing software create a two page document (plus a title page) which neatly illustrates the various source images as well as the final created product from at least two angles.

  6. Submit your paper document to the teacher.

  7. Submit your file to the location indicated by the teacher.

  8. Print a copy of your file and submit it to your teacher.
