How the positions interact
To the right, you can see how the different leadership positions in the troop interact with each other. The chain of command is crucial in maintaining a smooth-running troop.

The positions in yellow can only be held by adults.
The white boxes are the positions available to scouts.
The positions inside the PATROL LEADERS' COUNCIL box report directly to the SPL (Senior patrol leader) and ASPL (Assistant senior patrol leader).
