I write to say how grateful we as a family are for the treatment my mother BD received in your hospital in early November.
Everyone we had contact with from the Emergency Ambulance Staff, A&E Staff, Mr Viswanath and his team, HDU staff and Ward Staff displayed a professionalism and standard of care to my mother that should be applauded. Also their concern for us, her family, was exceptional.
