On the same day, coming across two non-Indians working in India for two totally unrelated companies - that too on a professional basis - is rare.
One belongs to a construction materlial company of Austria, based on Bangaluru and the other was a United states based company making burners.
The difference was that earlier, we would only see the "foreigners come to India on a sales visit to sell their outdated products to developing Indian market.
Now, we see them working in India, sweating like anyone else - may not be the latest but surely not outdated products - managing or working for companies making products made for India and made in india.
The trend started with automobile industries - hoping to encash on the growing middle class market of iNDIA (as it happened in china) - IT is surely a happy trend to see this happening in construction and engineering as well.
