1.a public performance,especially of jazz or popular music .

ex: Live gigs are the most enjoyable part of my work.

2. a piece of work that you do for money,especially when you are self-employed.

ex: a typing /gardening /writing gig

3.a vehicle with two wheels pulled by a horse ,used in the past.
