Angie Kalthoff is a leader with 20+ years of experience guiding cross-functional software teams through complex, high-accountability work. She is known for bringing structure to fast-moving initiatives, creating clarity when priorities compete, and translating ambiguity into actionable delivery plans teams can execute with confidence.
Throughout her career, Angie has partnered closely with product, engineering, QA, operations, sales, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions from planning through deployment. She has led Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban frameworks, facilitated sprint and release planning, managed risks and dependencies, and maintained clear delivery artifacts and reporting to support predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Angie has driven measurable results across multi-stakeholder environments, including 10× growth in account activations, 60% increases in qualified leads, and sustained platform retention above 95%. She is frequently trusted to lead initiatives during periods of change, providing steady delivery leadership while coaching teams and holding work accountable to clear timelines, quality standards, and outcomes.

As a founding member of MidMN Educators, I was instrumental in establishing a vibrant community for educators in Central Minnesota. Recognizing the need for a platform to share best practices and innovative ideas, I worked closely with a dedicated team to organize engaging events and workshops for both adults and students.
These initiatives fostered collaboration and professional growth among all who attended.
One of our most significant accomplishments was the Student Powered Conference. By empowering students to share their knowledge and passions, we created a unique learning experience that inspired both students and educators.
Through effective program management and a strong commitment to building community, MidMN Educators has made a lasting impact on education in Central Minnesota.
