Angie Kalthoff is a senior product and partnerships leader with over twenty years of experience building, scaling, and activating people-centered initiatives at the intersection of education, technology, and social impact. She is known for bridging product strategy, partner enablement, and executive storytelling to drive adoption, pipeline growth, and long-term, mission-aligned outcomes.
Throughout her career, Angie has partnered closely with product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex needs into practical, scalable solutions. She has led cross-functional squads using Scrum and Kanban delivery models, owned roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment, and delivered measurable results—including 10× growth in account activations, 60% increases in qualified leads, and sustained platform retention of 95%.
Angie has deep experience collaborating with national and global EdTech organizations, ministries of education, and international partners, working across K–12, higher education, and emerging markets spanning six continents. I designed Foqas to be a microlearning, supportive resource that empowers parents to make informed decisions and build strong bonds with their children. By leveraging my expertise in early childhood education and research, I curate bite-sized messages that are delivered directly to your phone.

As a founding member of MidMN Educators, I was instrumental in establishing a vibrant community for educators in Central Minnesota. Recognizing the need for a platform to share best practices and innovative ideas, I worked closely with a dedicated team to organize engaging events and workshops for both adults and students.
These initiatives fostered collaboration and professional growth among all who attended.
One of our most significant accomplishments was the Student Powered Conference. By empowering students to share their knowledge and passions, we created a unique learning experience that inspired both students and educators.
Through effective program management and a strong commitment to building community, MidMN Educators has made a lasting impact on education in Central Minnesota.
