"Pug Mug- Stella"
Stella is the colorful character that inspired this painting. We've had three pugs & three foster pugs. Stella was our first and most unique pug. So this painting is in honor of Stella.
"Lucy"
My daughter competitively rode horses for 12 years. During one visit to the Kentucky Horse Park, I met Lucy, the bassett hound. With her soulful eyes she stole my heart and just screamed “paint me.” This painting was exhibited in the Water Tower Annual, a juried art show in Louisville,Ky.
"Ruby Red"
“Ruby”is the regal great dane that inspired this painting. When I married my husband in 1990 we decided to get a dog. He loved pugs, I loved great danes. Since then we have had 3 pugs, 1 boston terrier, and a lab mix- but no great danes.
