after we take photos of your property.

Step 3

We will contact you to make an appointment

when we have potential tenants or buyers to view your property.

Step 4

We will assist you and mediate in negotiations

with potential tenants or buyers to reach an agreement.

Step 5

We will provide lease contract in Chinese and English.

For Property Lease

We will be present on the day you handing over the property of you to the tenant and inspect the reading of electricity gas and water meters.

We will assist you and tenant to register the tenant's new residence at the local police station.

Mediate between you and the tenant during the contract period.

For Property Purchase

We will assist you and the buyer to notarize the property transaction (necessary if the buyer is not a mainland Chinese citizen).

We will assist you and the buyer to transfer the property certificate at the district property exchange center.
