Represent and assist you in negotiations
with landlords to reach an agreement.
Provide rental contract in English and Chinese language.
CONTRACT SETTLEMENT
Overview the sign of the contract
between you and the landllord.
INSPECTION
Ispect that the property and equipment is
in the agree conditon on the date of the landlord
handing over the property to you.
Reading electricity, gas and water meters.
RESIDENCE REGISTRATION
We will assist our clients/tenants to complete police registration in local police station.
AFTER MOVING IN SERVICE
Identify the position of local supermarket, clubs, shopping centers and sports centers etc.
Accompany tenants do shopping in local supermarket (one time).
Assist our clients/tenants to order telephone line and broadband/internet from local supplier.
Mediate between you and the landlord during the contract period.
