Welcome

Kevin Vickers has been an educator for NC public schools since 1989. He earned two Master degrees from East Carolina University in Library Science and Instructional Technology - Computer Specialist. He is a National Board Recertified Teacher. He has returned to Shiloh Valley Elementary, as a School Library Media Coordinator.  He began working in Union County in 1994 at Shiloh. He is a presenter for the North Carolina Center for Advancement of Teaching. He has given presentations at the North Carolina School Library Media Association, works with the Student Services Division of the NC Association of Educators as Secretary, and has served on the ECU Advisory Board for consecutive terms.
