Important dates (NEW)

21^st November 2019: registration opening

1^st February 2021: early-bird fee payment deadline

1^st April 2021: regular fee payment deadline

2^nd April 2021 and after: late fee

20^th June 2021: arrival

21^st-24^th June 2021: Workshop

25^th June: departure

Workshop fee

Single room supplement = 120 EUR

Fee includes: accommodation in twin/triple rooms (5 nights - from Sunday, June 20th until Friday, June25^th), breakfasts, lunches (packet lunches on Field days), dinners, participation in scientific activities, conference materials, certificates.

This course is organized on a cost-recovery basis i.e. no profit is made from the course fees.

Course may be cancelled if the minimum number of 15 participants is not reached. We will inform you latest 1 June 2021. In that case the amount paid in Zloty (be aware of exchange rate costs) will be refunded to your bank account.

Bank transfer to Account

The bank transfer must indicate the title of the Conference ‘WRB_Summer’ and the name of the participant.

The sender must pay all bank charges.

Scan of the bank transfer should be sent by email (pecha@umk.pl) within 2 weeks after the registration.

In case of not receiving bank transfer within 3 weeks since registration, organizers have the right to cancel registration to avoid places being blocked.

Cancellation terms participants

Registration cannot be unilaterally withdrawn or altered by the registered person. All cancellations requests must be sent in e-mail.

1. If cancellation notice is sent:

before May 1st 2021 registered person will be refunded the full participation costs, less administration expenses.

from May 1st 2021 to June 1st 2021, registered person will be refunded 50% of the fee paid, less administration expenses.

from June 2nd 2021 on, registered person will be not refunded.

2. Registered person is liable to pay an administration fee of 50 euro which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

3. A registered person has the right in the case of cancellation to send a replacement, subject to sending a prior e-mail request. This replacement must belong to the same organization.
