Students need to develop specific skills in order to successfully pass the 3 and 4-point Bagrut exams. It is important to help students become aware of the specific skills they need to work on.
In a regular 4-point class, these skills are generally considered a pre-requisite, and, as such, less class time is devoted to working on them explicitly. Students aiming for a 3-point bagrut, also need to learn and boost these skills in order to succeed. Most importantly, these students need to experience SUCCESS!
The Ladders booklets provide examples of these skills, which you can then build on to create your own activities according to the needs of your students.
This website is designed to support the Ladders handbooks and provide more resources for activities that encourage students to learn English and achieve a 3 or 4 point bagrut.
