The Stoneridge Parent Teacher Club consists of parents, guardians, faculty, staff and school administrators at Stoneridge Elementary. The PTC and its members coordinate fundraising activities and distribute funds in accordance with its Bylaws and Procedures (view or download them below). All parents and guardians are welcome to attend the monthly PTC meetings and encouraged to participate in PTC activities.
View our listing of upcoming PTC Meetings. The minutes from each meeting will be posted so that you can keep in touch with PTC happenings even if you can't attend the meeting!
We wanted to answer some frequently asked questions:
PTC stands for Parent Teacher Club. We meet once a month. PTC helps run many schools events such as Ice Cream Social, Jog-a-thon, Carnival and much more. PTC also helps with fundraisers and the group sets a budget for how that money should be allocated. It is a great way to get involved with our school
Not at all, we encourage you to do what you can. Obviously the more meetings you can attend the better but even just attending one here or there really helps you be more involved with the school
Not at all! We welcome any help you are able and willing to provide. Many parents want to help organize an event or two but do not want to take on a formal position.
No you don’t have to pay to be part of the PTC. In fact we offer free child care and a lot of times, snacks at the meetings for those that come.
We encourage you to talk to other PTC members or just come to a meeting to see for yourself. The more you put into something the more you get out and we would love to have more parents come to our meetings and get involved.
Thank you again for supporting all those fabulous things that benefit our school--it simply would not happen without your support!
Hope to see you at the meeting!
