• The Community of Stonebrook in Columbia, Maryland is surrounded by wooded open space and overlooks the Little Patuxent River. The ninety-three homes in the Community sit on tree-lined Stonebrook Lane in the neighborhood of Dickinson in the Village of King’s Contrivance. Stonebrook is within walking distance of the King’s Contrivance Village Center. The townhouse community was built in 1982-1983.
