WHEN
Auditions will be held on:
Sunday, October 26 from 3:45 - 6:45 pm
Monday, October 27 from 6:45 - 9:45 pm
All audition slots are currently filled! Please email stjeansplayers@gmail.com if you'd like to be added to the waiting list. Include your cell phone number and the names of the plays for which you want to audition.
Please come five minutes earlier than your arrival time, and expect to stay for at least 1 hour.
All roles are open. Performers of all races and ethnicities are encouraged to audition.
No pay, non-Equity.

AMDA Studios, 250 West 54th Street between Broadway and 8th Avenues, 13th Floor. (FYI, the elevator button is labeled PH instead of 13).
ABOUT THE SHOW
The show consists of 7 short plays. You may audition for as many plays as you like.

Rehearsals will be held in apartments or community rooms, as we won’t have access to the theater until the week the show opens in January.
WHAT TO DO NOW

Read the plays that interest you here.
Print out the Audition form and fill it out. (We will have blank copies, in case you don’t have access to a printer, but please look at the form and have your answers ready, especially your conflicts.)
Familiarize yourself with the Audition Sides for the plays that interest you. (You do not have to memorize these.)
WHAT TO BRING TO THE AUDITION
Headshot and resumé. (If you don't have a headshot, please bring a photo of yourself.)
Your printed and filled-out Audition form. (We will have extra blank copies, in case you don’t have access to a printer, but please look at it and have your answers ready, especially your conflicts.)
AT THE AUDITION
For the roles that interest you, you will read a short scene from the Audition Sides.
Expect be at auditions for at least 1 hour, although we will make every effort to get you out sooner.
REHEARSALS
Rehearsals will be held in apartments or community rooms, as we won’t have access to the theater until the week the show opens in January.
We will do our best to tailor the rehearsal schedule around everyone’s conflicts.
You are expected to be at all tech week rehearsals. Tech week will take place on Wednesday evening, January 14, and Thursday evening, January 15 at the theatre.
PERFORMANCES
January 16-18, 2026: Friday at 7:30 pm; Saturday at 2 pm; Sunday at 2 pm.
Performances will take place at the Professional Children's School theater on West 60 Street in Manhattan.
