May 23, 2016 - Added more historical drawn maps

I submitted another FOIL request, this time to the Hudson River Black River Regulating District for any drawn maps of Stillwater Reservoir they had on file. They came back with a collection of four more historical maps. I added them to the Paper Maps page.

The maps are:

1. Black River Regulating District - Hardwood Reservation (1924)

2. Black River Regulating District - Sheet 4 (1921)

3. Black River Regulating District - Sheet 5 (1921)

3. Black River Regulating District - Sheet 7 (1921)

I believe the 1921 sheets complete the collection that was already started from the DEC FOIL request, and contributions found by Mary Kunzler-Larmann in her research. The additional "Hardwood Reservation" map from 1924 looks quite similar to the 1921 maps, but is another nice addition to the collection.
