The FAA reprinted the article about this site from their FocusFAA website of April 13, 2016 in their Spring 2016 periodical called "The SatNavNews". The newsletter is part of the FAA's GNSS library, and provides information on the Global Positioning System (GPS), the Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS), and the Ground Based Augmentation System (GBAS). You can read the article here, beginning on page six.
