January 12, 2016 - Added the Drawdown Composite KMZ & MBTILE files

Finished ortho-rectifying the composite image created by Bill Partridge. I linked the KMZ file on the "Available Imagery" page so the imagery can be viewed in Google Earth, and I updated the chart with a new entry. I also added the mbtile file to the download sections on the main page.
