February 26, 2017 - Added Ground Footage of the 2001 Draw-Down

More video my family took of Stillwater Reservoir during the draw down for dam maintenance in 2001. This time it's all ground footage. There is no audio included in the video, as most of it was just wind noise and background conversation. I've included a few screen captures below. Thanks once again to my family for taking the time to document so much of the reservoir during this once in a lifetime event.
