Any exterior changes to your home (painting, construction, architectural modifications, etc) require approval.  

Please log in to Atlanta Community Services (where dues are paid) and Click on My Account Info then click on "My modification request".  Approvals can take up to 30 days but usually are much quicker.  No work can begin prior to approval. Email questions to arc@stcharlessquare.org.  However, the request must be submitted online through the Management Company.
