Monday -  Sunday:                  $350/14 hour block

   Plus a Damage Deposit:  $100

Holidays:                                    $450/14 hour block

• $200 refundable damage deposit paid at time of reservation.

• Please READ cleaning checklist to understand expectations in order to have damage deposit returned.  It is attached to the Clubhouse Contract.

• Any amount of the damage deposit will be mailed back to the homeowner after the clubhouse is thoroughly inspected for damage and cleanliness.

• Once the calendar depicts booking of reservation, a 50% of daily rate ($250 and/or $350) will be retained for cancellation or changes to reserved date, plus any Stripe transaction fees.

• Homeowners must be current on their HOA dues and all other fees due to the St Charles Square Home Owners Association in order to rent the clubhouse.  

• Homeowners must fill out the rental agreement found at the bottom of this page and deliver to the Clubhouse Committee  Representative or by email  7 calendar days from the posted reservation.

Important Note:

• • The pool pavilion is not available for private rentals and cannot be blocked/reserved for parties. 

1. Download, print, and sign the Clubhouse Rental Agreement on the Important Documents page. 

   • Clubhouse reservations will not be honored unless a signed contract is filed with the Clubhouse Committee Director within 7 calendar days of the reservation date.

2. Please send an email to clubhouse@stCharlesSquare.org to coordinate dropping off the signed rental agreement.   

3. Access to the Clubhouse is authorized the date and time indicated on the contract with the St. Charles Square Access Card.
