St. Charles Square

St. Charles Square is an active, 261-home subdivision located off of Sandy Plains Road in Marietta, Georgia. Established in 1996 and constructed by Williamscraft Homebuilders, we are just minutes away from historic Marietta Square, many Cobb County government facilities, Kennestone Hospital, Barrett Parkway shopping, and the new Braves Stadium!  Convenient access to I-75 and I-285 makes for an easy commute in and out of town. St. Charles Square is part of the Cobb County School System and is a wonderful neighborhood in which to raise a family.
