Dear Tenants, 

Basically this email will cover 3 things. 

1.  Renew of Lease 

Our lease is going to be expired at 11/7/2015 and as required by landlord,  the rent will be increased to $3300 per month since then if you want to move forward. 

Smaller 3bed 2 bath home in market now is renting for $3600/mth according to craigslist and you can do your own research.  

If you want to move forward, please sign attached extension ASAP before 10/6/2015. Otherwise we will have to market the house. 

2. Update household info

Any household member change, please aware of the immediately notice management company. For any new adult, the company always need to have updated ID etc. info. 

3. Change of Security Deposit

Due to the change of monthly rent under the new lease, the security deposit might increase accordingly and tenant to pay updated 

4. Other Issues:  

Yard Maintenance or other Condition

Yard maintenance is normally the responsibility of the tenant. Before annual renew, we will check the yard and other condition and require tenant to maintain. Normally we need a photo proof to show correction. If not corrected in 14days or provide a schedule, we will send our contractor to maintain the yard or whatever the issue at tenant's cost.
