How Do I Know If I Need A Wellness Coach?

The key question is: Do you feel well?

Do you know how the different dimensions of wellness are connected and why your health might suffer if you hate your job or are in overwhelming debt or feel you have no control over your home environment even if you are exercising regularly or getting enough sleep?

The goal of wellness is to bring balance to the different areas of our lives. This not only improves physical health but also emotional health - allowing peace and happiness in.

Wellness takes into account much more than diet and exercise. We may also look at managing stress, home and workplace ergonomics, satisfaction with social relationships, perception of self, safety and support in the home environment, quality of sleep, relationships with a higher power, brain fitness, financial counseling, and other areas of your life that feel less than ideal.

A Wellness Coach is not going to have all the answers however, they will have a network of trusted resources and information to get you to the right place.

We often times walk around with an idea of how we want to feel or what we want our lives to look like but don't know where to start. Your Wellness Coach can help you further develop that mental picture and set a plan to get you there by breaking down large, long-term goals into small, attainable steps.

Truthfully, we all need a Wellness Coach. Even Wellness Coaches need Wellness Coaches. Changing our habits is hard and a support network is key to long-term success. With a Wellness Coach, you know you'll have someone cheering you on and helping you hurdle over challenges that crop up along the way.
