MEETING SCHEDULE
The P&C usually meet on Tuesdays in week 3 (zoom) and week 8 (f2f) of every school term at 6:30pm
Proposed 2025 meeting dates:
February 11th 6.30pm via Zoom
March 18th - Annual General Meeting followed by General Meeting 6:30pm face to face in the school staff room
April - no meeting
May 13th - 6:30pm pm via Zoom
June 17th - 6:30pm face to face
July - no meeting
August 5th - 6:30pm via Zoom
September 9th - 6:30pm face to face
October 28th - 6:30pm via Zoom
November - no meeting
December 2rd - 6:30pm face to face

Notice of the upcoming meeting and the meeting agenda are sent to all P&C mailing list subscribers a few days prior to the meeting.
MEETING LOCATION
We alternate between Zoom (wk3) and face-to-face (wk8) meetings, with tf2f meetings held in the teachers Staff room located on the same floor as the main admin office.
For online meetings, the link is emailed to everyone on the P&C mailing list before the next meeting
MEETING PARTICIPATION
If you wish to vote at our P&C meetings you must become a financial member a month in advance of the meeting you'd like to vote at.
This is a P&C Federation rule. It involves paying an annual membership fee of $5 to the P&C and being given a receipt by our treasurer. This is IN ADDITION to the P&C contribution that you might have paid with your school fees.
