The Societas Rosicruciana in Anglia (SRIA) is an independent society of Freemasons. Admission is open to all Master Masons who accept the fundamental principles of the Trinitarian Christian Faith and who belong to a Masonic Lodge in a jurisdiction recognised by the United Grand Lodge of England.

The Society welcomes brethren who seek to extend their knowledge of esoteric matters - spiritual, philosophical and ethical - within a framework defined in the grades. The colourful and intriguing grades introduce candidates to Rosicrucian symbols and principles and to the researches of the Society.

Along with the ceremonial work, fratres pursue their individual path of enlightenment and personal transformation through research into subjects of particular interest to themselves. All fratres are encouraged to share the results of their researches by giving papers or presentations and by joining study groups and engaging in discussions. Thus, the SRIA provides an opportunity for sharing insights, learning and experience with others.

Membership of an SRIA College can provide the thoughtful Mason with direction, structure and resources as well as the encouragement of like-minded fratres to help extend his researches into the hidden mysteries of nature and science, and to help him better appreciate his relationships with his fellow-men as well as his creator.
