Accommodation options
1. Vila Lanna (meeting place) http://www.vila-lanna.cz/index.html: They have nice rooms with historical furniture at the second floor of the Villa. The only disadvantage is that the bathrooms with toilets are located next to the rooms. Some bathrooms are shared by two rooms.
Another part of accommodation is in the area of the Vila Lanna. The rooms are smaller, equipped in more modern way. Bathrooms and toilets are inside each room.
2. Villa Schwaiger http://www.villaschwaiger.com/en/home/: This is small four stars hotel in the vicinity of the Vila Lanna.
IMPORTANT Update: Very recently, Villa Schwaiger announced that they will be closed for reconstruction during the meeting dates. They promised to take care of all guests moving them to the four stars Part Hotel (keeping Villa Schwaiger prices). Nevertheless, the Park Hotel is not in the walking distance from the meeting place.
3. Pension Atelier 12 http://www.pensionatelier12.com/ : It is about 10 min relaxing walk from the meeting place. Prices are about 50 EUR for double room. They have 7 rooms available. Those, who will choose this option, please insert NATO meeting in the booking form or e-mail.
4. B&B Marna http://www.penzion-marna.cz/: In the walking distance from the meeting place. The B&B has 7 rooms available for booking.
5.Hotel DAP (House of the Army, Prague) http://www.daphotel.cz/index.php?/english/: The Hotel is again in the walking distance from the Vila Lanna and is recommended for those, who prefer or is requested to be accommodated in the military facility.
How to book:
The price lists are at the website of each hotel. Vila Lanna and B&B Marna are facilities of the Academy and here we have 30% discount for all services, while Villa Schwaiger and Hotel DAP aren’t. For example, price for the twin room (occupied by two persons) at the Villa Schwaiger is about 79,-EUR and at the Hotel DAP about 66,- EUR (it depends on the actual exchange rate. Recently 1 EUR= 27,02 CZK).
Booking of accommodation at the Villa Lanna and B&B Marna will be done by Dalia Buresova, because of the discount. Please e-mail Dalia with dates of arrival and departure and number of persons coming. Of course, if somebody prefers booking directly, please, insert term “NATO SPS” in booking mail.
