These homes are located just one-half mile from the S&T campus. They include the stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen. The separate laundry room includes a washer and dryer, along with plenty of space.
Off street parking, all electric and super-efficient homes. These homes are just a block from The Centre, and a half-mile from Price Chopper and shopping as well.
These homes rent for $750 per month, with a $750 deposit. Some pets are considered with additional fee and deposit.

Entering the front room, a TV mount is provided for a large TV.

Each home has a two basin sink with pull out sprayer, as well as a dishwasher. The wall has outlets and tile for easy cleaning.

Each home includes a full sized washer and dryer, with a shelf above for storage.
The laundry room also includes the networking box, as well as a shelf to hang items from straight from the dryer.
The bathroom includes a full sized shower with shower curtain, towel shelf over the comode, and safety handle in the shower.
