About Us

SPICMACAY stands for Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth. This is a voluntary, non-profit organization that runs all over India and several locations around the globe to promote Indian Culture and Indian Classical Music in particular. The SPICMACAY chapter at Texas A&M University is a non-profit student organization that aims at spreading the traditions, culture, and heritage of India, mainly focusing on Indian Classical Music.

At SPICMACAY TAMU, we conduct (at least) two Indian classical art programs every semester to provide a platform for TAMU students and budding artists from Brazos Valley and to feature professional artists across the globe. And for this cause, we request your support.
