Course Description:

This course is designed to provide students with information about planning, building, purchasing and designing a home for living, working, and relaxing. Principles of design are applied to the structure, interior rooms and the exterior. This course introduces students to a wide range of occupations within the housing, interiors, and furnishing industry.

With a strong emphasis on community, FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) leadership activities are an integral part of this course.
