2. Getting started with oSCR

Here you will find a series of presentations/lectures used in the 2018 Smithsonian-Mason School of Conservation sponsored workshop "Camera Trapping Study Design and Data Analysis". The lectures provide some conceptual/theoretical motivation for the suite of models you can fit using oSCR as well as complete examples using a few interesting data sets. The lectures are designed to be fairly self-contained vignettes, and should get any user up and running with most standard spatial capture-recapture model:
