Apple WWDC 2014

Hi!

This year it seems like Apple is using a lottery method vs the first come first serve model of selling tickets this year. For those unfamiliar with previous years, it used to be whomever got into the system first and successfully checked out a ticket. Last year I was lucky enough to get one, but it went along the lines of...

• • Early morning to a computer

  • Launch multiple browsers

  • At the right time, attempt to log in and refresh the developer page registration

  • Safari wins the registration page

  • Continue to the check out process

  • Crash!

  • :( :( :( :( :( (it was like this for hours)

  • Hours later, I get a phone call from Texas. It was Apple informing me that they saw my registration but that my payment information was missing. They knew of the problem and I was able to complete the process later.

  • Got my ticket!!!!

Which reminds me... I should blog what happened in the WWDC 2013!!

In the meanwhile, if you want to go to the WWDC, I highly recommend it at least once in your life time! It's a great experience and full of energy from like-minded keen people! Better than your favorite class in University!!
