Reservation Options

There are two methods for rental payment

1. Payment through Homeaway or VRBO (renter will pay Homeaway/VRBO service fees)

2. Payment made to the owner directly (NO Homeaway/VRBO service fees)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• • • 1 week minimum rental per the condo association

      • You may leave early if you wish

    • Refundable $200 security deposit

    • 25 years old minimum to rent

    • Rental period is Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated

    • Rates do not include the $50 parking fee that is paid directly to South Seas Club upon arrival registration
