- Bird watching from the condo (Be sure to bring binoculars, we have seen Bald Eagles from our balcony)
- Superior bird, alligator and wildlife viewing can be found at the H.P. Williams Roadside Park, the most southerly point of Turner River Road (~40 minutes)
- The most used free public nature boardwalk on Florida's Paradise coast is located in the Fackahatchee Strand State Preserve Park(~30 minutes)
- Sunset watch every evening from the condo balcony
- Window-shop in Marco and Naples
- Fishing the lagoon area or other areas around Marco
- Walk or jog the 3.5 miles of beach coastline
- Shelling on the beach, be sure there is no creature hiding in that beautiful shell
- Collect only dead sand dollars. They will be about 1 to 4 inches in diameter and look like a large, white coin. Live sand dollars are brownish and are covered in short whisker type fuzz.
- Build a sand castle or a sand animal on the beach
- Sunbathing on the beach, by the pool or on the balcony
- Bird, people, sea animal, boat, wave runner, or parasail watch on the beach
- Relax on the balcony and view all the above
- Find the Otter Mound Preserve, also the ancient Calusa Indian and Caxambas cemeteries
- Visit the Marco Island Historical Museum
