Workdays

Below you will find a copy of our current work programme. Should you have an enquiry about the work that we do please contact our work organiser by clicking HERE.

Please note that unless otherwise stated, we meet at ten o'clock, and days end at around three or four, depending on the weather and the task. However, any time you can spare is appreciated, so those willing to come along for just the morning (or afternoon) are more than welcome to do so. Tea and coffee are provided mid morning, so all you need to bring with you is a packed lunch and suitable clothing, including gloves. We do not insist that you wear protective footwear but it is recommended.

Lifts and car sharing are encouraged wherever practical, and for those wishing to do so, fuel costs (up to a 40mile return journey) can be reclaimed from the National Trust.

The task description in the work programme is very brief and may be subject to change. This is because many of them are planned sometime in advance. We will let members know about major changes wherever possible, but it might pay you to contact the work organiser just to make sure nothing has changed.

Please note: If a work day is marked as tbc then please confirm with the work organiser that the event will take place.
