New Standards for Exterior Lighting (as of July 2016)

If you have old exterior house light fixtures and wish to replace them, the models that you have are probably no longer available.  Accordingly, Reston Association has approved new standards for front and rear exterior house light fixtures for use in Southbridge Cluster.  These new fixtures are a close match to the old cluster standards in style and finish.  The newly approved fixtures are listed below. 

Front Light Fixture:

Volume International V9330 Solid Brass Outdoor Sconce (Finish: Antique Solid Brass)

Rear Light Fixture:

Volume International V9520 Outdoor Sconce (Finish: Antique Solid Brass)
